HOME DEPOT BOB

Actual customer experience from David Marler:
About four weeks ago, we went to the Home Depot on FM 1488 to buy a new refrigerator. The appliance department salesman who worked with us was Bob Harvey. He was not knowledgeable and seemed unfamiliar with their process. In fact, his suggested approach would have required us to go back and forth twice to the cash registers at the front of the store, and he did not appear to understand the details of their warranties.
A department manager intervened and worked with my wife to complete the transaction.
During this time, Bob struck up a conversation with me and mentioned that he was running for commissioner. He gave me his campaign cards and talked about something called the “Grumpy Old Men’s Club.” I asked if he was the Tea Party candidate, and he said he had met with them a few times but was not working with them. He then stated that his shift was over and left.
