Ginger Russell (pictured below by a resident who videoed and photographed her placing the yellow flyers in mailboxes) was the original author and distributor of the list of lies. She has since worked with others who have created a “Montgomery County Republican Party Freedom Caucus” to distribute the same list. This “organization” is not part of the Party and the Chairman of the Republican Party has confirmed this.

Many of the Precinct Chairs listed that have signed it are current Republican representatives for your area that were not elected by you the voter (Joshua Cochran, Kim Webber, Melinda Olinde, Suzanne Rapattoni). They were appointed after Ginger and her cabal ran off good Republican Representatives with their constant bickering until midnight at Party meetings. Most of the appointees being her close friends.

Instead of growing the Republican Party, they are using their position to disparage Republicans with smear campaigns.
